UdiRc Return & After-Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing UdiRc. We are committed to delivering high-quality RC vehicles and components. Due to the technical nature and high cost of RC products, we have established a strict, detailed, and percentage-based return and after-sales policy to ensure fairness and operational integrity.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • All returns must be approved by our customer service before being sent back.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Accessories & upgrade parts (batteries, motors, ESCs, transmitters, wheels, chargers)
  • Used, installed, modified, or damaged products
  • Missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
  • Unauthorized returns (sent back without approval)
  • Refused shipments (non-defective reasons)
  • Orders beyond 30 days from delivery

3. Return Fee Overview

  • Change of address before shipping: Free once, then 1% of order value (minimum $2).
  • Change of address after shipping: 10% of order value for rerouting fees.
  • Buyer's remorse or incorrect order: 25% deduction (5% shipping + 20% restocking).
  • Refused delivery (non-defective): No refund issued, product will not be returned.
  • Unauthorized returns: No refund issued, product will be discarded.
  • Verified quality issues: Full refund or free replacement provided.
  • Wrong or missing items: Full refund or replacement at no cost.
  • Exchanges due to buyer mistake: 15% fee to cover round-trip shipping and handling.

4. Repair & Parts Support (After 30 Days)

  • Free small parts support one-time (up to 1% of order value).
  • Paid repair or parts replacement service (not exceeding 30% of order value).
  • Damage from impact, water, or unauthorized modification is not covered.

5. Refund Timeline

  1. Submit return request with order ID, reason, and supporting photos/videos.
  2. Customer service approval within 1–2 business days.
  3. Return shipment initiated by customer (within 3–7 days).
  4. Product inspection upon receipt (2–3 days).
  5. Refund issued to original payment method (within 3–5 business days).

6. Important Notes

  • Minor gear noise, plastic seams, or molding marks are standard and not defects.
  • Battery life and performance may vary by usage environment.
  • Unauthorized returns or fraudulent claims will disqualify refund eligibility.
